Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks (30 days) after the product has been received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks due to health and hygiene reasons.
Please contact candace@candacepsmith.com should you need to request a return. We will provide further instructions at that time.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged, please email your concern and send a photo of the damaged goods to candace@candacepsmith.com. Once we determine that the error was on our part, we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of an exchange, you may want to return the purchased item and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
Refunds
Please allow adequate time to process your claim. You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. We will also share the status of your return (approved or not approved). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund.
